Cleanliness definitely needs attention!!! Dated lock system adds unnecessary stress upon arrival!!! Dishes and cutlery should have a proper washing area instead of relying on the washbasin!!!

the location was great for seeing the university area, and john was super helpful with info about parking. really appreciated the free visitor parking tickets and the complimentary milk, juice, tea, and coffee! the deluxe triple room was comfy and had plenty of space for our family. also liked that there were some cute shops nearby for snacks.
had a few problems with the key code not working at first which caused a bit of stress, and no breakfast service was a bummer.

A Disappointing Experience in Edinburgh
On arrival, the deluxe triple room was dusty and had a damp smell. The host's rude customer service compounded our distress, especially regarding my brother's asthma. Ultimately, we felt unsafe and had to seek alternative accommodation, leaving us deeply disappointed in our stay.

Charming, Cozy, Convenient
The room I stayed in was a deluxe triple room, and it was incredibly spacious and bright! Loved waking up to the complimentary orange juice and milk every day—it was such a refreshing touch. Plus, John's hospitality made me feel right at home. he went above and beyond to help with any questions I had!

The location is perfect for exploring, just a short walk from the city center and surrounded by charming shops and bars. The ground floor room was spacious and clean, a comfortable stay for the night, but lacked any breakfast options. While the supply of milk and bottled water was a nice touch, the absence of a proper washing area for dishes in the kitchenette was inconvenient. Appreciated the detailed welcome pack for local eateries and attractions, crucial for navigating the area.
